GULKAND
Our Natural Gulkand is made from fresh pink rose from the hills of Pushkar. We sun cook these roses along with natural rock sugar candy(Mishri). This traditional Ayurvedic process of making our rose petal jam helps retain the natural aroma, taste and nutritional content. Gulkand is an ancient Indian digestive tonic as it helps improve appetite and helps correct digestive troubles. Gulkand may help reduce acidity. It helps improve the health of the gut flora and strengthen the intestines. Gulkand is rich in antioxidants, hence it could be beneficial with ulcers. Being a natural cooling agent, Gulkand is quite useful in reducing heat-related problems like fatigue, mental stress, lethargy, aches, muscle pain and stomach heat.
How to consume
You may mix it in milk and consume it as a rose sherbet or simply have it by itself. You can also add gulkand to your sweets like cupcakes or barfi to give them a unique, rosy flavour.
